I have been with LP for more than 5 Years and I have recommended LP for more than 20 customers, though i am not an affiliate to LP.
But, today Me & my team members had a tough time in restoring the service of my website. We have struggled for more than 5 hours, to restore the service.

Problem:
Suddenly my website stopped working and I was in big trouble. After many hours of debugging we found that, our PHP version was lowered to 4.4.9. Actually It was 5.2.x for few months(or previously)
I AM NOT SURE, HOW CAN IT HAPPEN ?
And then i called customer care first time, they told me something is wrong in the index.php and then i debugged it. I found no issues, Bcoz it was working for few months.
Then we have found out that, the PHP version is NOT 5.2.x ; Before it was 5.2.x
Then i called the customer care and then when I was in the call the PHP version upgraded to 5.2.x
But customer care person told, He has not upgraded it  or he has not changed any settings or any configuration.
I am not sure, How It can happen ?

Anyhow, Finally the problem was solved.
But the question remains unsolved, How the working PHP version was changed to  4.4.9

Note: thanks to customer care who had tough time understanding my Indian Accent, But they helped me.
