Yesterday i did the purchase of a hosting STARTEN PLAN and I do not have response. The amount already was discounted of my card.

Ayer hice la compra de un Plan de starten Hosting y no tengo ninguna respuesta. El monto ya fue descontado de mi tarjeta.

This is not something that anyone on the forums can really assist you with. You need to send and email to support@lunarpages.com so we can have someone check into it for you.

Do you have a ticket number we could check?  If so, let us know.  If needed, you can also submit a help desk ticket manually via the help desk system here.  Most new accounts are verified and setup within 24 hours or so - so if you are only waiting for that, hang tight - should be activated later today.   Thumbs Up

Then I am going to wait for little mas, the rare thing is that it has not come no number of purchase to my mail.

My Hosting expires today and I need the account urgently.
