Hi..

I'm looking for a new host to host my servlets, and perhaps it will work with you  "[Smile]"

right now i also have a host which claims to support servelts.. but appearantly not mine.. due to security restrictions... and for two weeks now they're busy changing nothing..

Anyway.. what are the methods i cannot use in my servlets.. I use webmacro as my template engine.. and i need getClassLoader() to work.. on my current host it doesn't..

Also i've read somewhere i could get my own jvm for a small extra fee, how high is that fee?

And is there any way to test your hosting service before i order the plan.. ?

We use Resin as servlet / jsp engine. You can read more about it at http://www.caucho.com and see if it will suit you.

If you ask me, its the best one out there.

We do not give out test accounts, however we have a 30-day money back guarantee. If you do not like us, you will get a full refund.

Private JVMs are still under evaluation. The pricing is not set yet. But it will not be expensive, i can guarantee you that.

Hi Norjee,

I know how you feel,  I had a similar problem with my previous host. Signing up to LunarPages was the best thing I could of done - give it a try, you won't regret it. (btw no I'm not on commision  "[Wink]" )

First thanx for the reply..

The day i posted here my current host finally got his security thing right so i could use webmacro... Unfortunately he forgot to give the tomcat user permissions to use mysql.. Pretty tiresome....

I'll be hosting my website here soon  "[Smile]" )
