Is there a simple way to reset the password on one of my add-on domains. I thought I wrote it down, but I must have written it down wrong as I can't get into that  folder now.

I think there's no other way for this but to give lunar support an email.

Hello Clark,

I am a JSA here at Lunarpages. Resetting the password for an add-on domain is quite simple. What control panel do you have by chance? If you are using a "Cpanel" control panel, log into the Cpanel, navigate to FTP Accounts and change the password for the username associated with the add-on domain in question. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us at any time

Thank you
