I had this posted in another discussion and it's gone unanswered so I thought I'd put it in here all by itself.

On August 1st, I couldn't access a client website and FTP so I logged into their account. to check the server status.

Here's what I saw:
Server Status
Server:   EGOI
Status:   All servers are awesome.
Time Added:   2011-06-23 10:09:48

It was August 1st. Why should I bother reading this notification in the accounts if they aren't accurate and their not being updated? Not complaining, just askin!

So what's the purpose in this inaccurate information in the accounts?

Debbie, we truly apologize for any inaccurate information showing up there.

We were seeing routing issues from certain locations/isp's at that time. There were not any issues with the server itself.

Our apologies for any inconvenience.

My LP hosted sites, on Jalal, are off for over 45 minutes now, for the third time since the 31st of July, and I can't even access the helpdesk site (it says it's down for scheduled maintenace).

What's happening LP?

Our San Diego datacenter experienced a power issues that knocked out our servers. As a result, all Lunarpages services served from San Diego were offline. All power to the San Diego data center has been restored. Servers are being rebooted back on individually.

We truly apologize for the outage and are working to restore all services as quickly as possible.
