Hello People,

In order to be able to use anonymous ftp with your PAID accounts, you will need to log into cpanel and click on Anonymous FTP controls.  If you want people to be able to upload to your account put a tick next to allow anonymous uploads.  Save settings.

In your ftp client you will need to enter:
anonymous@your.lunarpages.com account in the server/url field (I use flashfxp so you will need to work out for yourselves what the equivilent is)
in the username/password field you will need to enter anonymous@your.lunarpages.com account again and click on connect.  You will then see an incoming folder once your connected.

If you have your own domain name then things are slightly differnet:

In the server name field it will be whatever.com (replace with your domain name) in the username filed it will be anonymous@yourdomain.com and the same in the password field, then click on connect.

Do NOT click on the box that says anonymous connection as it will not work.

If you want to set up individual ftp accounts, then it works the same way by replacing anonymous@yourdomain.com with the appropriate username before the @ symbol.  That goes in the server/url field and again in the username filed, and in the password field you enter what ever password you chose for your account.  It works as I have tried it.  If you get a 530 error message, then you have not followed the directions correctly.  Please note that the @ symbol is required.

Regards,
