The reason I post this thread is because the ticketing system is either not working or no one seems to respond to it.
Calling the tech support has been done, but my request is still not done.
My website has been down for 5days already due to being injected by malicious codes.
In the first 6hours after I got the email from Lunarpages notifying that my account is suspended, I have done cleaning and deleting, and recleaning and redeleting and rechecking again and stuff. Thats 4-5days ago.
I have posted the ticket about this matter 4days ago, but no response up until now.
I have called your tech support or admin 2 days ago, and they said that they would audit my sites at that time for a few hours. It has been 40+ hours now.
My original ticket is now not available although its displayed in my ticket list:

4days of waiting.. and still counting.
it is surprising for a hosting company as great as Lunarpages to solve this simple matter over 4days
How long is your audit gonna take? When will my sites be back online?? When????
