Hi, I've already consulted the help desk at LunarPages about this but can't seem to make this work & am feeling really frustrated!  Confused Confused Help

Here's the situ: 1. I've got a 43.1 MB free eBook for subscribers to my list to download.
2. My email server (mailchimp) can't take a file that big.
3. They recommended I contact my webhost - LunarPages - which I did.
4. Help desk rep recommended FileZilla.
5. I followed the confusing steps and DID manage to upload my eBook -  to my public_html folder.
6. Now what??? There's no directions from FileZilla or anywhere on LunarPages where I can figure out where the heck this file is.
7. I need the link to put in my welcome emailer so my subscribers can download the book, but I don't know where to find it.

Thanks in advance for anyone's help

Hi DawnD  Pete waves

First off.... to the Lunarforums   Welcome

The current route to the file as its in your public_html folder is quite simple really its literaly yourwebsite/filename only issue you will (and do have) is the link must be spelt correctly and the same case as the file name. I.E. if the file is called FreD.pdf then your link would have to be yoursite.com/FreD.pdf. if you enter yoursite.com/fred.pdf it will result in "File Not Found"

I would suggest you rename the file now its uploaded to something shorter (and easier) that it currently is.
I have sent you a Private mail with the full link in case you still cant follow my reply Smile

Hey Pete. I just posted the link based on the screen shot but when I did it didn't link to anything. Guess something changed.
