Vigil was down yesterday for 12 hours and forum and  ticket support function  was unable to access , ftp conection was freeze.  Cpanel was super slow.
There were no annoucements and no other ways to send enquiry. I am not living in USA , and I do not think I will  use international call to ask for this.  Friend

I see no notes on any issues with Vigil yesterday or today and have not seen any tickets from other Vigil users. Are you still unable to access it?

6 hours ago, the whole things resume normal.

But I had been tried many ways to connect to lunarpages in that particular 12 hours. I don' t think it was only Vigil had the problem .  I was unable to go here( forum), cpanel, ticket support , ftp connection, of course my site is down . All these areas were kept loading ...loading..everypages were loading .....finally stopped but incomplete.  Doh

Except this page is normal loaded http://www.lplogin.com/ (login portal).

I must state I can access the internet ( other sites) normally during the period of time.

May have been an issue somewhere in the routing between your ISP and here. We were not down.

If you can't get to the ticket page, you can always open a support ticket by sending an email to support@lunarpages.com.
