Webalizer problems

My webalizer has not updated since: 10-Jul-2002 01:37 PDT. Is anyone else having trouble with the stats on their cpanel? (It doesn't seem my bandwidth or any other stats have updated since the above date.) I had some trouble last month too.

Any help is appreciated.

The stats are a bit irregular right now, we are aware of that. It will be fixed the first week of august when Neptune will be upgraded.

I apologize for the inconvinience. Until then youc an always download the raw logs and analyze them with webtrends for example, a really nice log analyze program that can be found at http://www.webtrends.com

I can wait, it's not a problem. However, is our bandwidth still being counted on our quota while we can't see our stats? (without looking at the raw logs)
