I open the support ticket but would like to get some info, clarification, whatever here. This issue is out of control and without any kind of sense.

I literally can opet my site today every second time, I post one post in my forum without problem, go to post second time and get internet explorer can not open the site, same issue with homepage, e mail,forum, gallery... is mostly hapen to me and nobody else and only to my site. In same time I checked/reach with proxy my site without problem,.

I read about similar issue here in forum, is my ip blocked, is there some security softvare in my server who my posting in forum/site see as a DOS atack, I dont know, but this issue today is so hard that my site is uselles for me.

What is weird is that issue last for minutes and two, and then is normal, then again, al day like that.

I checked other sites what are on my server (Tara) and I can not open them too, at least those what I can find by ip whois.

Another weirdo, I checked my site with various tool to see what and where can be problem, besides proxy who work in same time when my regular conection dont work, similar issue is with this tool : http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/elegancereef.com
When I have conection to my site this internet tool show that my site is down, when I dont have conection with my site this internet tool show me that my site is up, and sometimes when my site is down it show me that my site is down. That dont have a sense, it look like conection from my server (Tara) get disconented from time to time daily to various line, sometimes USA can not reach my site (downforeveryone is located in USA server) sometimes Europe can not reach my site , sometimes nobody can reach my site/server.

I just dont get it what is going on but I suspect that everything is related, to many sites on my server : last time when I had issue response from LP was that some site made back up and that slow my site too, probably some security system who dont alow to many post/conection in small time period, maybe even my ip get blocked due to that, and with regular down time or network problem, all that cause that my site is practicaly uselles some day, and one of that day is today.

Same issue today, every 2-3 minutes I get : internet explorer cannot display the webpage , whait few minutes, refresh the page and site is come back, for next few minutes.
Dont get it.
Everything else work normal, I surfing everywhere without problem except on my site.

That is a very odd and difficult problem to troubleshoot.  There are no big issues going on with that specific server, so I would suggest you keep working with the support team to see if you can find a cause.  One thing you might try is next time you notice it being buggy, start doing a trace route, maybe several times in a row, to see if you can see any disturbance when trying to connect from point A to point B.  Hope that helps out some.

It really are dificult, I asked in various place and nowhere get the solution or source of the problem, some sugest router, some ISP provider, some host, some my pc ... that kind of issue can be happening only to me  Confused
But I would really like to solve this problem, at least to find what cause this problem.

I do traceroute, actually I do traceroute to various sites trying to compare traceroute to my site during problem with the traceroute to other site where I dont have problem.

Here is the traceroute to my site in time of problem :

As you can see on 2 hops I have the same issue, time out, but I post and see lunarforums without problem.

In time of trouble I made tracerroute, use downforeveryone.com , use firefox, proxy... to try to locate the issue and see discrepancies but I just can not find anything unusual.
I dont know is that helping or not, but when I check my site with proxy I see my site without problem, in same time via my regular conection I get : internet explorer cannot display the webpage, in same time ... go figoure  Confused
I dont know is alowed to log via proxy to forum, but imideatly when I try to login to my forum via proxy I get note internet explorer cannot display the page ...

I just checked better traceroute to my site and traceroute to lunarforums, as I can see the traceroute is almost identical , same line, same conection... jet my site is down and I dont have problem with lunarforums.com.  Confused I think that mean that conection, ISP, network... are not the source of the problem??

Are you also mentioning this to the support team?  As much as I would like to be able to do something for you here, I am afraid the server side troubleshooting we can do for you via the forums is limited compared to what the support team can tell you.  Please make sure to contact them with these details too, see what they have to say.
