WHM down/not responding for the 4th time in a week, support ticket (sent once) not being answered and I've been on hold, on the phone now for 32 minutes?

And the ironic thing is, when the trouble all started two weeks-ish ago, I paid the extra for the ‘Managed Hosting’ service – not once in the 4 times it has gone down from I took out that service has support seen it go down or restarted my WHM automatically?

Tried everything else so thought I'd try here.

We are currently experiencing an issue with our phones. I moved your ticket over to the right desk and it will be handled as a priority.
