I am interested in signing up for a site here, but I have some questions.  First off, I can't seem to find the TOS page.  I apologize if I'm missing the obvious but after spending hours researching various web hosts and studying the fine print, my eyesight is totally shot! I want to know things like privacy policy, refund policies, cancellation policy, etc...the stuff normally found on TOS pages.

Second, what is the fee for domain registration? Is that part of the plan price? Or do I purchase that separately?

Who is the default registrar used by Lunarpages and if I should leave Lunarpages, how will I be able to access my registration information so I can change my DNS information when/if I move my domain to a new host?

(I ask that because I'm in the position now of not being able to directly access my account info & transfer my domain registered with Tucows, because I registered with a host who handled the registration for me--I didn't even know Tucows was my registrar until a few days ago!  So I don't have the requisite log-in id and password for Tucows).

Thanks for any assistance you can provide.  And again, I'm sorry if I'm asking the obvious.  Really, I've been hunting high and low for a reliable host with terms I can live with.  I'm practically cross-eyed after all the reading I've done.

Deedog,

You can find our TOS here: http://www.setup.lunarpages.com/terms.html

The fee for a new domain name registration is $14.95, if you already have a domain name, you will be able to use it with us for no additional charge.

Our registrar is indeed Tucows, you will own your domain name. You will be issued a login and password for your domain name, so you can change it any time. Even without the help of Lunarpages.

I hope you will stay with us for a long time though  "[Smile]"

Oh thank you so much! I appreciate the response. I hope once I get settled and set up I will love it and want to stay, too.

Oh one question I didn't see on the TOS-- when it says a cancellation must be submitted in writing, is via e-mail sufficient, or does it have to be via fax or post?

Sorry to bug you with questions...hopefully that will cover it!   Thanks.
