um - i tried to log into my account - i'm 1008387% sure i got the right username and password - why does it say that my password is invalid?

The password is probably case sensitive.

Check that you don't have caps lock on, and make sure that you are typing the password in exactly the same way as you did when you signed up.

yep im sure i did it all right.... i even got it to send the password out to me - but it never arrived in the mail.

Try to make the system send you the password again.

If that doesn't work, please contact Max at info@lunarpages.com . Include information to prove who you are.
