I wish to create a Free PDF Report download, requiring capturing visitor details for follow up email sequence and newsletters. Is this best done in the Lunarpages system or through a third party such as www.aweber.com ? If it is best done through Lunarpages then what are the tools I need to use?

I think aWeber would be a good choice. You might also want to look at PHPlist and Dadamail too.
