Hello and sorry in advance for bothering you with this somewhat silly question... I have been trying to register at www.kickme.to but that site looks a bit "buggy" to say the least...

So I entered a name and clicked check to be taken to the next page, where I had to fill in my e-mail and some other info. When I clicked send I got an error ("Fatal error: Call to undefined function: mail() in /home/data/www/redirector/kickme.to/.include/functions.php on line 381") but it usually goes away when I refresh the page.
The new URL with my name appears in the "latest 20" list and when I try again with the same name, it says it already exists, so the account has been made okay.

The problem is, that I didn't recieve an confirmation e-mail so I can't login to manage (actually get started) my account... All I get (instantly after I register at Kickme.to) is an e-mail from Puzzle Depot with loads of crappy offers/bonuses/specials from e-mail lists.

I tried the "lost my password" feature, but I get the same error as earlier ("Fatal error: Call to undefined function: mail() in /home/data/www/redirector/kickme.to/.include/functions.php on line 381") but this time it doesn't go away when I click refresh (no matter how many times) and I never receive an e-mail.
I can't register at the Kickme.to forums for help, and contacting them via the contact form on the site has proven quite ineffective as well...

I actually thought the service and the site were dead, but I still see new people signing up and starting their accounts at the "latest 20 list" so I wonder how they do that?? Does anybody know?

Thank you very much in advance!!

I've contacted our partner who runs that site to let him know about the errors.  I'll keep you posted via this thread.

Thank you very much! I decided to register here with my question because I found Lunarpages as a partnersite at Kickme.to but I was a bit concerned if you people here might find that this wasn't the place to ask questions about some other website...
But you're being very kind, thank you for that, and I hope your partner gets back to you soon and fixes the problems!

All fixed!

Indeed it is! Now I was able to use the "lost my password" feature and almost instantly a "new" (in my case my first lol) password was sent to me via e-mail and I was able to login. Thank you for your help Amy, for contacting Stephanie and Stephanie for fixing it. And fast too, just two days.

My problem is fixed with this, but maybe I can do something back by helping Kickme.to by reporting another part that doesn't work (for me at least) so they can fix their site further:

When I try out the FAQs (http://www.kickme.to/faq.php) and when I try to go to a specific subject, the URL does change from http://www.kickme.to/faq.php?subject=0 to http://www.kickme.to/faq.php?subject=1 to http://www.kickme.to/faq.php?subject=2 and so on, but the content of the page doesn't, just the same list of subjects.
I don't know if this is a problem of the site or my own internet options, but I hope Stephanie might appreciate me reporting another (possible) bug so she can fix it and improve Kickme.to further.

This wasn't a big problem for me, because I was able to read the FAQs with the "Wayback Machine" (http://www.archive.org) from a long time ago (I figured not much would have changed).

Thanks again Amy for helping me out, even though it was about a different site and Stephanie for the fast fixing. ;o)

Btw, people will probably already have noticed, but this has been fixed too, for some time already actually. Because of the problems it looked like the service/support was very bad, but I want to correct that, because the problem at first was getting someone from Kickme.to to know about my/the problems, but after that, it has all been fixed very quickly.

Dear Sirs: I have my site redirected by Kickme.com. The one I choose was "allday.at"
The thing is that the redirection is not working anymore. I would like to know if it is a temporary problem or I can not use anymore the redirection service of  Crying or Very sad"allday.at".
I would really appreciate you advice.
Thank you very much Crying or Very sad
