my FTP connection are very slow!

i'm a lunarpages customer - my domain is freeall.org...

i'm having problems recently with my FTP communication . i tried to switch a lot of FTP clients and with all of them i had problems loging on, and even whrn i manage to connect, the connection was v-e-r-y s-l-o-w! somthing like 200 bytes max.

are this is related to, somehow, configuration in lunar account that i should reconfigure or something like that?
is it a problem with my server (lunar's server) of with my connection supplier?

Hi,

I have tested your ftp and can connect with no issues. Is it correct that it is only ftp that you are having issues with and you can access your site? I would recommend sending a ticket to support with the settings you are using for your ftp.

Also you might want to do a traceroute to your domain to see if it can explain the slowness.

yea,,, it's only the FTP that is doing problems...
