I don't like to complain in public like this but lunar, I'm sorry to say you have given me no other choice.

I can not contact your office unless I sign up to your service, which I do not want to.

Now let's cut straight to it:

I have received emails from this email for months now advertising his site without my permission, using your mail server.

The website is: irishfreedomcommittee.net

My MX records came up with this I.P. address: 72.37.143.6

The only requests I have is:

1) Talk to your customer and ask them what is going on and if they're sending out these emails.

2) If there's a unacceptable reason I would like the issue to be escalated, maybe take away the users email permissions, or something like that.

3) If the customer is not sending mail out towards me, then there would be one other option, your mail server is not secure, that I.P. address is yours!

4) Block your customers from sending email's to the following domains: atphoenix.com, atphoenix.net, atphoenix.org, plus61.net, skash.id.au!

As of last night I have finished receiving 3000 spam messages going towards my email, so I have deleted all emails including the one in question.

Please help me, I know I'm not a customer, but I deserve: respect, to be heard and PRIVACY!

I don't like to blacklist, you don't like to be blacklisted.

That is one thing we can agree on, so now I've calmed down and I thank you Mitch for your prompt response to this.

I will be sending the above statement along with a link to this page to the email you have provided.
