What´s the best backlink checker in your opinion. I´ve been using domainpop and iwebtool but both are not that great. I really want one that finds every single link and about 30%-40% on a good day.

Google's webmaster tools ( http://www.google.com/webmasters/ ) will show you all your backlinks on google if you setup an account.  Also gives you other usefull information on how google sees your site.  Any one elses tools are bound not to work soo well with google because they pretty much have broken 'link:' searches.
