Now I would like to upgrade it into a community driven style website, that is , I would like to include blog, wiki, e-magazine, email list, in the new site. Could you give me suggestion on what software is better for this purpose ? I found Drupal on the internet, but still wondering is there some better softwares - I don't want do such upgrading works frequently, Haha, it's boring work.

Might look at Joomla, they seem to be the top choice when it comes to this kind of web site. Smile

My new problem is: I have a forum which has run for years, and have accumulated many many messages and materials in it. The forum is LeoBBS system, it is writen in perl language, and run as a cgi system. Right now, I must transfer it into the new CMS system, like Joomla or Drupal, but these new CMS system are all writen in PHP language, and run with MySQL database, I don't know whether these two systems, cgi to PHP, can be transfered to each other correctely. Would you give me your suggestion on this ?

Hmm, that is a bummer.  Not too familiar with LeoBBS, but if you can contact the developer or their fanbase, you might see if there is any sort of exporter or conversion tool to use to get this done.
