Just a quick question. I'm hosting a client's site on an LP Windows server and find the Plesk control panel to be terribly slow and unintuitive. Are there other options available (CPanel, Helm. etc.) for Windows servers, or is Plesk pretty much it?

Right now for the Windows hosting plan, Plesk would be your only option.  If you would like to see an alternative, I would highly suggest dropping an e-mail over to feedback@lunarapges.com.  We always love getting new suggestions in from clients so we can make your experiences better.

PLESK is frequently unuseably slow and I too am on a Windows host.   I've already submitted tickets on this and been told there is no problem, so I see no point in sending email to 'feedback'.  But as a sanity check, try Googling on "PLESK slow" and you'll get a different picture - this problem isn't confined to LP.   Maybe it relates to PLESK fighting for CPU time on an overloaded server, or maybe the underlying database is the bottleneck. All I know is, it isn't getting any better as months go by.  I don't think Windows hosting is a high priority at LP.
