I recently had an admin from my site take a database backup.
he registered a domain that is very close to that of my own.
He has uploaded the database and begun the copy forum on his site.

What kind of options do i have here?
The site is for a club we have, it does not have anything registered other then the domain but the name is very well known within the circle we have.

If you could claim copyright on the content, then you might be able to use the DMCA to your advantage.  This post revolves more around blog content that is stolen, but might also be helpful in your situation.
