LP disabled my domain and Cpanel 60 hours ago and I have yet to have any explanation as to why they have done that or when they will allow me to get the site back up & running.
The ticket system is appauling - a minimum of 8 hours between me sending a message and them replying - and in the meantime I have a client pulling his hair out, calling me incompetent and threatening to take his business elsewhere!
What am I supposed to do?

Does anyone else have any experience of this? Any idea how long the site is likely to be down?
And does anyone have the contact details of a senior manager within LP that I can complain to?
Really hoping someone can shed some light on this.
