LP disabled my domain and Cpanel 60 hours ago and I have yet to have any explanation as to why they have done that or when they will allow me to get the site back up & running.

The ticket system is appauling - a minimum of 8 hours between me sending a message and them replying - and in the meantime I have a client pulling his hair out, calling me incompetent and threatening to take his business elsewhere!

What am I supposed to do? Confused

Does anyone else have any experience of this? Any idea how long the site is likely to be down?

And does anyone have the contact details of a senior manager within LP that I can complain to?

Really hoping someone can shed some light on this.

Hi Dave. Sorry about the delay. I see our techs did provide info on the issue in the original ticket but it was highly technical and may not have been understood. I saw another of your tickets earlier and asked our techs to reply to it for you. I see they now have. If you need a further explanation, please PM me. Complaints should be sent to feedback@lunarpages.com Upper management does see tickets there.
