Hey KeremWharton,

Have you looked thru here yet : http://www.lunarforums.com/index.php/board,15.0.html  ?

Make sure you have your keywords and meta tags for your pages along with matching content on those pages and a good way to get search engine results is to have alot of good ranking sites similiar to yours linking to and from your site. Other than that it is a matter of waiting to get out of the Google "sandbox".

Hope this helps,
RandyT

Try to get as many links as you can to your page, Google will then treat it with more importance and update it's index of your page more frequently.

A good place to start would be to post in your link here:

If you have access to the old site and no longer want to use it you can put 301 Permanent Redirect in to get Google to recognize you at the new site.  (Google "301 redirect" for help on this.)

Not only a lot of links but also quality links from related sites go a much further way than just any old link.

If there are a lot of links out there to your old pages try to get those webmasters to change the link to your new one.

Most importantly, Google's not the only game in town.  Other engines deliver tons of results to folks every day.  Think about all the AOL users.  Those who start with MSN.COM (the default in a lot of computers).  What about MS's new LIVE engine?  Don't get hung up on Google and forget the rest.  Also, normal advertising still works great - put your web address in emails, forums, letterhead, advertisements for your business, etc.

www.alexa.com

yahoo
google
msn
etc.

Go forth and conquer those search engines...

Do link exchanges.

Get featured on award websites for design etc.

Put your link in your signature on forums that are highly frequented.

Start from the bottom up, just buying advertising won't help your ranking as much as getting your name spread around, across, up and down the web.

Good luck in driving traffic to your site!
