I opened the  ticket,buy 1 day and 3 hours past, i still cann't see your support. so i have to post it on here.

The general population (like me) can't see your ticket content, so you'll need to post your problem here if you want help.

As for your ticket not being responded to,
1) Do they have your correct email address on file to respond to? Has it changed since you set up your account, and you never updated your account information?
2) Are you poking or bumping the ticket to try to get it noticed? Each time you add to a ticket which is still waiting for a tech to answer it, it gets bumped to the BACK of the queue.
3) It's a holiday weekend. I wouldn't be surprised if the tech staff was a little short staffed right now.
