I registered the Domain Irshop.biz and paid 83 USD on 2010.02.21.

Your respectful company has requested my personal ID, so I sent to you on 2010.02.22.

Please let me know when you open my accounts. Because making account is blocked on my domain.

This is not the sort of thing that can be discussed in a public forum and these forums are not for official support. They are for users to help other users with scripting, web design, etc. Please open a ticket by emailing sales@lunarpages.com

If we received the email, you should have gotten an auto-reply that we received it with the ticket number included. Do you have a 7 digit ticket number?

When you emailed in a support request (to support@lunarpages.com), you SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED BACK a "ticket number" in a reply email. If you did not, you either sent to the wrong address, or there is something wrong with your email account, or (most likely) the reply was discarded or put in a spam/bulk/junk email folder by your mail program. Turn off any "spam filter" on your email, if it is set to discard spam rather than putting it in a folder.

or try to submit your issue directly to http://support.lunarpages.com so you can track the process via the help desk web site.
