Dear Lunarpages,

Since email communication can't help to the problem, I decide to put this on the forum. I hope that some senior people from Lunarpage will see and will take action to correct this troublesome services.

Reading through the emails correspondence between Lunarpages and me below, everybody will notice that Lunarpages' customer service is one of the worse. Although I have many times replied NO to them, they repeatedly send email to me trying to charge the money.

Communicating with Lunarpages' Customer Service by email just like you are talking to the walls! Either they don't read the emails or they read but don't keep records.
And it seems that there is no internal communication between the Support function and the Billing function.
So they keep sending emails to customer about the same subject.

This is the signal of a dead business.

If Lunarpages doen't stop disturb me with similar email and stop trying to charge me, I will put my reply on the forum.
