In the past day we have encountered an issue trying to ftp using file zilla to crush.
It tried to connect but displays a message unable to connect.
It worked fine previously.
I have entered a support ticket but waiting for response.

Hello,

The issue should have been already rectified, facing any issues make sure to use FTP Active/Port mode to connect via FTP do send us the detailed FTP logs to windows@lunarpages.com if you are still having any issues.
