That's a nonsense question. It depends on what you're trying to do with your site and how effortless you want it to be. WP produces HTML/CSS to display on a browser, while writing directly in HTML, CSS, JS, etc. is often a lot more work. On the other hand, WP may not provide you with exactly the level of control you want for SEO, and you have to settle for whatever they provide. It's always a tradeoff.
