Web Site Management / SSL/TLS Wizard?
« Last post by View2 on June 19, 2018, 06:05:18 PM »
Good evening,

Does anyone know where to find the SSL/TLS Wizard in Cpanel?

I'm managing a site for a client that was previously hosted at LunarPages that I moved to AWS.  Lunarpages continues to host their email, so the account is still active.

Cpanel at Lunarpages is trying to automatically update the certificate and unable to because the site is no longer at the Lunarpages IP.  My client received an email about the error that says:

  • For the most current status, navigate to the “SSL/TLS Status” interface. You can also exclude domains from future renewal attempts, which would cease future notifications.
I would like to exclude the domain from future renewal attempts as suggested in the email.  I've logged into Lunarpages Cpanel, and I can't find the SSL/TLS Status interface anywhere.

Any suggestions?  Thanks!

cPanel Control Panel Hosting Help / Web mail clients use external SMTP.
« Last post by rvicker on June 19, 2018, 12:27:33 PM »
Can any of the web email clients (Horde, RoundCube...) be configured (especially on an account wide bases) to use an external SMTP server with authentication?

I have a client that needs to route all their outgoing emails through a 3rd party SMTP server for encryption and possible archive purposes. This is easy to configure on their PC client but when they need to use the web client as a backup how do we make the outgoing emails go through the 3rd party server?

Hello. And HTML and CSS, and even JS - these are the necessary things that you will need when working on your site. I learned the basics of all these sciences from the Youtube video tutorials. I'm sure if you do the same - it will only be a plus.

Hello,

The original COLOSSUS server appears well and stable following the latest hardware maintenace; we'll keep an eye on it but, for now, the Bare Metal Restore will no longer be used for a switch. Should anything change, we will announce.
19
Dear Customer,

The COLOSSUS server requires a restore as the server has hardware performance issue. We have already begun the restoration of the server to a new chassis, whilst the original machine is down for repair.

This restore to a new server is being done from the latest functional backup (Jun 11, 2018 5:17:17 AM), using the Bare Metal restore technique. While we do not have an estimated time for completion of the restore process our best projection would be that the machine will finish the migration in 24-48 hours from now.

You can see the status of this migration at any time in CAP area by logging in with your username and password from our main site, then clicking the Network Status icon. If you have any questions, please email support@lunarpages.com on this process.

Thank you for your patience and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
