Downgrade plan on Siteground

I see plenty of information for upgrading plans on Siteground, but I was wondering how it is possible to downgrade from my current plan?

Specifically from the GoGeek to GrowBig plan?

Unless Siteground has changed the interface, I believe the only way to downgrade your plan in Siteground is to contact support. Make sure to select the option "Connect to a support representative" to avoid the AI support bot.
